Tracy’s story starts with his extensive background in psychology. Maybe not what you’d expect from a world-class shooter. For 35 years, Tracy brought his talents to the psychology field as a treatment facilitator.
In 1996 he was introduced to combat shooting. The following year Tracy started shooting competitive IPSC and 3 gun. In 2002 he discovered sporting clays. Needless to say, it stuck and grew into a passion, which turned into a lifestyle.
Pretty early into his shooting career, Tracy was introduced to legendary shooter, Jon Kruger. Practicing and shooting hundreds of rounds to perfection, Tracy quickly rose to the top. With the underdog mentality, he continues to be a “dark horse” traveling and shooting in tournaments.
Tracy uses his background as an NSCA Master class shooter, NSCA certified instructor, certified dog trial gunner, and director of a psychiatric treatment center to teach the psychology of shooting and performing while under the pressures of competition and the excitement of shooting in the field.
